About the mods you can add it to the patch whatever you'd like such as face pack, kitpack, ballpack, scoreboard, adboards pack and so on.

HOW TO INSTALL IT?

1. First of all, please delete the previous patch! This patch doesn not need the Data Pack dlc 1-3.
2. After you download the file, extract it using WinRAR!
3. Click on Setup.exe and tap Run as Administration!
4. Enter the password!
5. Choose the location of installation (your Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 directory!
6. Wait a second it will frezze but don't worry it's worked!
7. Done, enjoy your new T99 Patch!
8. Note : You can add some mods in it and don't forget to generate it!
